Good for the environment, people, and pets. No residue, pleasant fragrance, and dries quickly. Friendly and knowledgable technicians. Great results. Have use Zerorez 3-4 times now on this old carpeting that had previous pet damage, wine and furniture stains...the wine and furniture stains have been treated each time and are nearly gone. The pet damage smell is no longer noticeable, but know the padding and carpet will need to be replaced soon. Zerorez has extended the life and improved the carpet's appearance just a little longer. Love this product!

Jesse Bishop did a GREAT JOB! and pacified us after a previous zerorez tech chose NOT to do our floor the same day we had scheduled (Invoice - 660466). (This was a 4-7 pm appointment) Jesse was called in after he had completed his shift because the previous tech said he could not do our floors this day and we would have to reschedule our appointment. We already had furniture cleared from the room and we were really upset. He offered to do the pet odor spray (we declined) and to waive the $15 trip fee. If it was not for Mr. Bishop, you would have a rating of 0 because we were ready to call in another company. Randall Last name removed

My carpet looked very clean when the tech finished. He was very informative and explained everything to me.

The procedure cleans very well, despite using only water!!! The two people who came out to perform the service were thorough and very professional, and I much appreciated that. A gentleman named Michael P. (can't remember last name--he was relatively new to the company) was the person who came out, and he was really very good. He uphold me on a couple of services, but I thought the prices were good and fair. The person who came out to hold the hose for him (a pretty hispanic looking girl) was also very nice and professional. I will be using your services again in the future!!

I like the fact that my carpets look brand new and that there is no harsh chemical smell after the cleaning has been completed.

I've had you clean our carpets many times and I'm always pleased. However this time I found what I suppose is residue on my hardwoods. There are quite a few white spots on them. The carpet looks great but I never recall having to clean my hardwoods after you left.
