Although we ran into some problems and had to reschedule the visit, the technician was willing to come at a time most convenient to me at 7:00 am

It started with your tech. Clean, neat, knowledgable and very pleasant. He walked me through the process and was very candid about the possible outcome given the age and condition of my carpet. The product worked miraculously. I've heard your ads on the radio but they don't come close to describing how well this process works. Needless to say we are ecstatic with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone!

In addition to cleaning all the spots completely and thoroughly, the whole house has been completely removed of the offensive that we've been experiencing. The technician kept me very informed and demenstrated an honest concern to make sure I was totally satisfied. After all the cleaning was done, stains did not come back as I have experienced with other cleaning. The technician explained details about why that happened in the past, but unlikely this time.
