This was my second time using Zerorez. I had my carpets cleaned a year ago, so I didn't expect to see a dramatic improvement this time around since they were somewhat clean. I was blown away with how much better it looked. I also had the tile in my kitchen cleaned for the first time. The results were so wonderful that I immediately emailed before and after photos to my extended family so that they could see how amazing the tile looked and use the service themselves.

When I called to schedule the appointment the person on the phone was very nice and explained what each service I was interested in was going to cost. No run around or double talk! The service technician was able to move the appointment up and called to see if it was possible for him to come early. He showed up right when he said he was going too! He was very nice & looked very professional! He explained everything to me before he started, answered all my questions, and accomididated some extra requests. When I was given the bill, the prices were exactly what I was quoted! But best of all are the way my sofas and carpets turned out!! Absolutely beautiful!! They are 8 yrs old and look like new!!
