Prompt with technician arrival, spent time listening to my concerns and the carpet dried quickly. My grout in the tile is white and I had no idea the tile was actually a much lighter color once it was cleaned. I am thrilled with the entire process-this was my second time to use them

Miles, my technician, was very cordial and professional. He confirmed information regarding my appointment, did a very good assessment of my carpet, covered any concerns, offered additional services, gave me an estimate of finish time, and asked if I had any questions. Miles also recommended future services I may want to consider. I felt very comfortable with his presence and pretty much stayed out on my patio on the phone. I felt very confident that he would do a good job. He was careful to point out certain concerns and was attentive to those areas. The cleaning came really nice and overall I was pleased. My carpet feels soft and clean. He was very deligent in re-capping and/or going over issues regarding my carpet and the cleaning. Miles made me feel highly valued as a customer. Before he left, he even gave me coupons that I might use later. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to neighbors, friends and family.
