The carpet was cleaned very well all in a timely manner and the service man was very knowledgeable.
If I understand the process correctly, no chemicals are used. Leaves a nice odor and not a "chemical odor". Service did not take hours. Employees, both on phone ( Marie ), and in person ( Depar ), were very friendly and professional.
