The customer service was out of this world, exceptional service!! The driver was punctual and very nice. He explained the package that I purchased and as we were talking I realized we needed some the stairs cleaned as well. The house was just clean and fresh, it makes it even more pleasant to be inside especially with the pollen outside!

Technician did a very good job. As he did each room, he asked if I was happy with the way the carpet looked before he moved on to the next area to be cleaned.

Very happy and will recommend to friends when they need this type of service.

Smell's wonderful, My carpet is cleaner than it has ever been using other companies. I am just thrilled ! Y'all got stains out that other companies never could !They said it was impossible, Well Y'all got them out and I'll be recommending You to everyone on My FaceBook and all of My Friends as well. Doug was also very,very nice Young Man and very polite. Thanks a million , I wish I could submit pictures ! The before and after are simply unbelievable ! Y'all ROCK !!!
