Santiago came to clean our large upstairs carpet and an oriental rug. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and stopped to take the time to explain everything to me. He was quick and clean which is always important as well! I would definitely recommend the company.

He did a wonderful job, worked to clear out spots and pet orders , was pleasant, gave us some products to help in case of future dog accidents and even cleaned my car mats, as a courtesy! My rugs look awesome and I will continue to use Zerorez in the future.
