Jonathan was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was very pleased with the job he did. He explained about the pet treatment which I turned down but was not pushy. He explained and offered the carpet guard after he cleaned the carpet but again was not pushy. I took his recommendation.

The technician was on time and extremely professional. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no crazy up-selling which is so prevalent in the industry. He evaluated our floors, explained what he was going to do and then since we have a small dog he recommended a post treatment which we agreed to. He showed us the dirty water after the cleaning was complete, which was very impressive. I was thoroughly impressed with the technician, the product and the service.
There is no residue, the service from reservations to service technician is outstanding, everyone is courteous and accommodating. My carpets look like new! The spots I wanted removed came out with a little concentrated work prior to the empowered water taking over. The service tech also described why he would not use enzymes and what they were for in particular. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you and keep up the good work!

This is a review I did on Kudzu- "On time, conscientious, and professional- Jonathon did a fantastic job start to finish on our carpets. He explained the work, answered my questions and then did exactly what he said he would do. He spent extra time on tough spots to make sure that they were removed. He protected areas from damage and didn't mark up anything in the process. Carpets looked fantastic after 10 years and two kids worth of wear and tear.
You could tell he cared about what he was doing and it made a difference. If you have heard about them on the radio and weren't sure whether to give it a shot, I recommend that you do."
