It was obvious that the technician (Craig C) took pride in his work and he had such a pleasant personality. His momma would be proud. I was so impressed that the carpet actually came clean!!! This was a last option before purchasing new carpet and now I don't have too spend money on new carpet. I also loved the fact that there was no wet carpet smell the next day. The results are just outstanding.

The technician did a GREAT job. There was a black stain and my husband didn't think anyone could get it up. But, he DID and you can't even tell it was ever there!!!

The carpeted rooms looked very good. The tech could not believe the carpet was 12 years old. The tile was cleaned also and looked great. The service was quick and they were very punctual.

The most impressive thing about the service provided was your technician, Tiyhise Huddeston, who was absolutely great! He hustled and got the job done quickly and discussed with us some of the beneficial products and services ZeroRez could offer. I was disappointed that the pricing structure for one of the rooms which added a charge for an oversized Master Bedroom when the area cleaned was substantially less, with the beds and other furniture, than the gross area of the room.
Given that, the offset, was the wonderful service provided by Tiyhise. He was a great ambassador for your company.
