I was very impressed with my technician, Jonathan. He explained the Zerorez process and how the "empowered" water became alkaline which enabled the cleaning action. That the process is natural vs. chemical was important to me. He explained the additional service for cleaning my oriental rug and suggested the premium rug pad which I needed. The process was quick and the improvement immediate. I would highly recommend Zerorez to friends, family and business associates.

Service reps were very courteous. They explained everything thouroughly. Had the vent cleaners out and they said ours were clean and didn't need any further service which was a huge selling point to have them back when the time comes. They could have simply done the work and charged us. Totally appreciate the honesty. The carpet technician was equally honest and did a bang up job. She explained the extra services we should have and took care of the problem spots. We'd definitely have her out again when the time comes. Thank you for being an honest company not out to rip people off.

Fast and prompt service
Technician was very polite, punctual, and thorough. Cleaning was better than expected...old stains came out that we did not think could be removed. And the carpets feel great, no stiff residue compared with other companies we have used in the past.
Guy who came was great. Carpets look wonderful. Took longer than 6 hours to dry. More like 24 to 36 hours.

The professional attitude of the man doing the cleaning. I was waiting until I got my kitchen area rug back from the plant (where he took it to be cleaned) before commenting, but thought I would pass on a few of my comments. The process seems like a very deep cleaning process and there was actually no odor like I have had with other cleaning companies. I wish he had been able to do a better job on the loveseat, but I understand the fabric was not very compatible to the cleaning process. I had been told that before when I wanted to get it cleaned in Nashville.
We are very satisfied and pleased with the carpet cleaning and would surely use the service again in the future - the young man who performed the process was excellent and did a wonderful job - very courteous and diligent worker!! Thank you so much - we had previous experience with your company as they cleaned our dryer vent and that was very good too - a terrific company.
