The carpets looked great after the cleaning! The serviceman did a great job of protecting my newly cleaned rental property while doing a great job on the carpets. . I only gave a 9 because I felt like the serviceman could have been a little more professional and focused conversation only on the job not on my looks or asking personal questions.
Our technician, Kerry Jett, was so professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was respectful of our home and family, and did an excellent job. Our carpet looks great, but honestly, a great technician makes all the difference.

the carpet expert arrived early and done a complete job cleaning the carpet. I was afraid the tough spots wouldn't get as clean as the rest of the carpet, but it did!! My carpet looks brand new again.

How clean and fresh my carpets smelled without overbearing perfumes that I recall from other companies. Love that my carpets were not soaking wet and dried within hours. Amazed that after neglecting my carpets for 6 years that the set in stains were mostly gone, Most of all, I appreciated Nelson. He was thorough, professional, did an excellent job and takes pride in his work. He walked me through the process, had me check on his work to make sure I was pleased. Just a joy to work with. I had company coming in town and was thankful to have my carpets look like new again.
