The Air Duct Cleaning Crew were amazing. They completed the job in a timely fashion and answered all of my questions while melting in the Hot Temperatures. Extremely pleased with the service I received. Now on the other hand, the Carpet Cleaning can improve. I had to leave my house before the start of the cleaning and returned to find some areas that didn't look to have been cleaned. Not saying that the job was not performed but just disappointed in the outcome.

A suggestion...Please let the tech call when en route. Someone else called, and I specifically asked for the tech to call when he was near my condo. That message was not conveyed, and he drove around in my complex for 15 minutes to locate my unit.

I,'ve worked with many companies through the summer, and all have the tech call enroute. I can then give them specific directions and meet them in the parking lot to show them where to park.
