Tech was very friendly and professional. Customer service was also helpful as I requested an earlier service appointment the day before my cleaning and they were able to accomodate. I do think the pricing is higher than other competitors. When I received my initial quote I did not realize there would be an extra charge for cleaning the bedroom closets. The areas are part of the bedroom and should not be up-charged. Outside of this I was satisfied overall with the service and would use the company again.
