Scheduling was very simple. I received a phone call to advise that the representative could arrive earlier than appointment time; which I greatly appreciated. Anthony was very professional and we appreciate him keeping us apprised of what he was doing. He ask if we had questions and answered them completely. The clean carpet meets our expectations. They have provided our services in the past and we will continue to call on them for our cleaning needs.
