We have used your service numerous times in the past. We were extremely pleased with Maurice. He was thorough, and explained all of our options. He also quickly addressed an issue between the deal we were offered via text, and the work order he had been given. The work order was incorrect, and we showed him the text we had received as verification. He proceeded with no further delays, and charged us what we were led to believe.
There is no doubt that we will ask for him next time. As a solid representative of your organization, we would also like to suggest that he is most deserving of a raise in his pay.

So far the carpet cleaning..

We had a great experience with Zerorez! Our technician was very efficient! He explained everything thoroughly. He was a very humble man with a lot of experience and knowledge of what he was doing. His name was Dillon and he was awesome! We look forward to using zerorez again in the future when we are ready to have our couch steam cleaned. We will also recommend it to all of our friends and family! We will ask for Dillon again if he is still employed with Zerorez in the near future!
