How responsive your company was and scheduled quickly. Your technician was wonderful and respectful. He explained everything he was going to do and gave us informed choices.

The tech was superb. However, quote over the phone was not the same as tech on site. I paid extra to add one oversized room (20x20). Tech on site indicated the oversized room would not be included in 3 br/hallway plus oversize price. We discussed and ended up NOT doing carpet in one bedroom for the quote price. Hmmmmm...cannot give a 10 rating at this time.

My tech was on time and super friendly. He did a great thorough job and my carpets look and smell amazing.

First of all, Kevin was very friendly and professional. We appreciated his promptness and flexibility. We had stains in our berber carpet from from kids and family gathering that we thought were not going to come out be we were willing try nevertheless. To our surprise the stains came out except for one deep stain that was never treated or tried to be clean (our fault). To see the line where the carpet is dirty and where it's bee cleaned is AMAZING! I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future and I found out that they install flooring as well. VOILA!
