The carpet was very soiled and that new scrubber really did the trick. Also, Ron was really extraordinary! I remembered him from several years ago, and he remembered doing our office back then.

We want to do this again around Christmas to keep it from getting dirty like the last time. I hope the residue from the cleaner doesn't cause the carpet to get soiled quickly, but it sure looks good now. Better than I expected, that's for sure. Ron did a great job, reassuring me he had the equipment to get it clean and that it would stay clean. Thanks.

I have had excellent experiences with both your product and service, but let me start with the service. I have always been please with the customer service and professionalism of your folks that come out. They work hard and strives for a successful outcome. Out of the 4 to 5 times that I have used you I have always been pleased, but frankly the gentle who came out this past time exceeded expectations (I was very please with his efforts to get the carpet clean). The product speaks for itself, my carpet was pretty dirty and I was embarrassed for others to see it, but now I am proud/and pleased with what others see when they come over. Again, I am very pleased with my tech, he put the work in (I watched).

Great job.. My carpet looks brand new again. I will NEVER use anyone else.

Quick drying, friendly worker, even the old dark stains came out. Smells nice.

The technique did a very good job on carpet, but he wasted somethin on lawn that killed some grass. I spend lots of money on my lawn. Tell them to be more careful with cleaning solutions.
