No chemicals
The technicians were very polite and helpful. They also shared a few hips about keeping the carpets clean. Even though I had some bad coffee stains, my carpets look better than I anticipated they would. I am very pleased with the service and I will use the bottle of cleaner left my the technicians.

My serviceman was very nice. He explained everything in detail before beginning. I am disappointed, though, that some of the stains on the carpet were not removed. He said they had set in too long.

Professionalism and quality of product are the top reasons. The service guy - Cary was outstanding. My carpet looks like new. He knew what he was doing and explained the process very well. I had some trouble spots but he did an amazing job to clear them. I'm quite pleased.
