Zerorez is a very professional company. I was contacted almost immediately once I placed a request online. The service person was prompt, and very thorough. I had asked for a chair to be cleaned and he asked to see the fabric content first and check with his boss. As it turned out, there was some cotton in the mix, and he said it wouldn't be safe to do a wet steam cleaning, but he DID do a dry process which worked very well. He went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend Zerorez!

Technicians are very detailed and professional. The estimate I received over the phone was not accurate at all. I would advise being more careful in that area. It can be a shock when you get to the actual cost. I was very pleased with the work done.
