The carpet dried faster than when I had previously had the carpet cleaned. Most stains were removed. The ones that didn't were old and I was not sure of the source. My home looks fresh and inviting with the clean carpet.
My serviceman was courteous, professional and explained the service well. He represented the company in a positive fashion.
Zerorez and the company I previously used no longer move the furniture to give full cleaning coverage. I spent the whole weekend moving furniture out of the rooms and then of course, had to move it all back after the carpet was dry. I do miss this part of the service.

the first visit was not good:( had two service guys here and they did a horrible job! our 2nd visit was much better! the tech took his time going over our rooms again and explaining everything! Even saw the dump tank after-
