The technician was early for the appointment. He was very professional and I am very pleased with the staircase and hallway I had cleaned. My carpets are 18 years old and have never been cleaned so I was skeptical that cleaning them would make much difference, but WOW what a difference it did make. I also appreciate that the technician was able to explain other services that I was interested in.

There are 2 spots on the carpet that are still there. We understand that the bleed from the furniture from the last cleaning might not come up but these 2 spots though smal need to be done.

I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. Mike not only arrived early, he waited approximately 15 minutes while I dropped my dogs off at doggie daycare, so they would not be in the way. Mike explained everything thoroughly, and helped me move items.

I had my entire house serviced. It was expensive but well worth it and I would do it again.

Our Zerorez cleaner was here as scheduled, was friendly, and worked hard. Our carpeting looked much better and was not squishy wet when finished. I also appreciated that no chemicals are used.
