First, I like that the team members are not contractors. Tim and Alex did a great job getting the construction dust out of my parents' HVAC system. I went to ZeroRez for this because we were satisfied with our own home a couple of years ago.

The Air Duct Cleaning Crew were amazing. They completed the job in a timely fashion and answered all of my questions while melting in the Hot Temperatures. Extremely pleased with the service I received. Now on the other hand, the Carpet Cleaning can improve. I had to leave my house before the start of the cleaning and returned to find some areas that didn't look to have been cleaned. Not saying that the job was not performed but just disappointed in the outcome.
