Great product and service but they are very expensive.
Michael came in timely and friendly. He did a very thorough job and even left a nice design in the carpet. HeeHee. I was so shocked when, as he was about to bring in his equipment, he said, "If there's anything you need done around here just let me know". I said whaaat? He said "Like if you have a light bulb or something else you have trouble reaching I can help you". Sure never received that kind of 'out of the box' service from any company. He continured to also be really nice to my 89 year old Mom and we all joked around a few minutes before he was off to his next appointment. I've used ZeroRez for many years so I know they are the best carpet and upholstery cleanig service. The kind manner of Michael would have made me a believer if I was a first timer. Corey did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable. I appreciate his attention to detail and made our first experience with Zerorez an absolute breeze. He also showed us proof of an excellent cleaning after the job which gave us extra security about the service and what we paid for.
