Connor was our technician. He was very friendly and explained the whole process of getting our couch cleaned. We had never done that before. He did an excellent job on the couch. We have always had a good experience with Zerorez and will definitely use them again. if you need your carpet, couch or chair cleaned, I highly recommend!

The technician was right on time and explained everything thoroughly and had me check his work when he was done. I had a few questions and he was able to answer them to my satisfaction. I can't remember his name but he was very friendly and careful with his work. I appreciate a job well done.
