Had two appointment times for services; both times they were towards the earlier time of the "arrival window". Services completed were above average. Tech explained what they were going to do, and then once complete went back through to make sure everything was acceptable, and answered any questions.
I told my mom about the service and she scheduled an appointment with Zerorez to have her carpets cleaned too.

Did a good job cleaning

We had the furnace ducts cleaned. The guys provided detailed pictures and explained what was needed. 35 year old house, breathing much better, you can tell the difference, money well spent!
