As an aside, the reason we contacted Zerorez for this cleaning is because we had such a great experience with a tech a few years ago that actually talked us out of a service we didn’t need (we ended up needing to replace the carpets anyways). Instead of just showing up and doing the bare minimum and leaving, he talked through our plans and suggested that carpet cleaning might not accomplish everything we needed done on the previous owners’ heavily soiled carpets. I was so appreciative, I came back to zerorez when we actually did need the cleaning done thanks to our own wear and tear and pets.
