We have a bumpy start with the office. They did not let us know that they would need payment before they started. I had expressed that there would be no one home when the service would be done and they never told me until 30 minutes before the tech came out.

I will tell you the tech was amazing he was so helpful and really eased my mind. I believe his name was Steve. He was wonderful.

They were quick, but efficient and the end product was wonderful. It actually dried very quickly. I do wish the rug cleaning didn’t take so long, but if you want it done right it will take time

Excellent service. All stains (spills, pet) were removed. Its been two weeks and no resurfacing stains (happens with other products). Zerorez always does a fantastic job.
