The Technician was very friendly and professional. The pet stains on the carpet were extensive and dried on the carpet, and I had little to no hope that they would come out. After the cleaning the carpet was restored to like new condition Thank you Zerorez you saved us from replacing the carpet.
The guys that came to my house were very professional and talked me through the steps they took to check out my a/c-furnace system. They weren't able to clean the ducts because they found mold; but they took pictures and showed me the mold and suggested that I really need to replace the lines.
