Angel & Jay were fantastic! They took extra time to explain things and were patience when I considered delaying the air duct cleaning (my husband had to leave last minute for an appt and we're hoping insurance will cover the cleaning because it's post-remediation--so some decisions/vacillating on my part). We went ahead and got the cleaning. Our house smells better and we can breathe better. My dogs eyes are less red too!

Dislike: price by the room, very rarely empty room. Add a service charge, seems like bait and switch after quoting 3 rooms and hall.Always a sales pitch. Told I have "traffic lanes" 3 feet inside doorways which couldn't clean Why doesn't it show for the full "traffic lane" thru the room.
