We we're very pleased with the representative sent to clean our carpets. Mr. Jarvis was GREAT and very professional! Our carpets had some tough stains that he had to deal with and he did well! After the carpets dried we found some of the staining (urine) still visible. Can you please have someone call to make arrangements to come back and treat these areas again?
