The team was very professional, moved all necessary furniture and replaced with appropriate coverage to avoid imprints in the carpet. They also wore appropriate footwear coverage to avoid damage to the carpet and hardwood. Price for services reasonable. Will refer and use again. Thank you.

I think this is the first time ever, that I have had my carpets cleaned and they were actually truly CLEANED!! The technician was very professional, he listened to my concerns, explained what he would do and how, and what I could expect after including a guarantee. The cleaning process didn't leave my carpets soaked, dry time was minimal. After my carpets had dried they weren't stiff or crunchy, or left with a sticky residue like other cleaning companies have left me with before, my bare feet were happy! This service was worth much more than it cost!!

I was wary about the extra pet cleaning but it was amazing and was worth the cost.
The techniction was very knowledgeable and so thorough. My carpets look and smell brand new. I will defietaly use zero res again - for the whole house next time. And I am grateful my sister in law recommended them. Such a difference! Looks like new carpet!
