I like the no rez aspect. My carpet was really old and bad from dogs, Cole did a fabulous job communicating with me via phone (I was at work) and the carpets look GREAT considering what they had to work with. Cole was very professional and personable. He was very patient and nice to my 85yo mom which I really appreciate. Overall I'm very satisfied!! Thank you!

What do you like about our products and services?

Like a miracle! Every time I have had ZeroRez come to my home -- for carpets, upholstery, air ducts -- the service has been extremely professional, thorough and courteous. Every employee has gone to extremes to ensure my satisfaction. Those in the office/on the phone as well. And the final product is amazing! My carpets have literally been transformed. Thrilled with this company and every employee I have encountered. Lee came last week and went above and beyond to make my carpets look essentially as great as they did the day they were installed. He was fantastic!

Technician Michael Pacheco did a terrific job in cleaning our carpets and explaining the process including other services available. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone and especially Technician Michael Pacheco.

Our technician called to let us know he was traveling our way and he arrived as scheduled. Upon arrival he assessed the project, answered all of our questions and completed the task timely.

We were very satisfied with the finished product.

I had a secondary stain show up the day after Zerorez cleaned the carpet. They promptly returned and removed the stain. Very professional.

The person who came to clean my sofa was prompt and worked fast and did a great job. I had used Zerorez when we had carpet and you all did a great job on it. I like that there is no perfumey smell and I wait time for drying. The technician was very professional and friendly.
