The technician was on time and very curtious. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He went right to work and was finished in less than an hour. Only took a few hours for the carpet to dry and it looks brand new. We were amazed. We would highly recommend Zerorez!

Everything! Our technician, First name removed, was very understanding of our cleaning needs, very thorough in going over his plan to clean our carpets. He included reviewing all the staims or potential issues that arose during the course of the job. After he finished, he went the extra mile to bring hi equipment back in to clean a spot of the carpet he had overlooked.
