I thought the technician did a good job and he was personable, courteous and professional. My only negative comment would be that the carpet was still wet 24 hours later in the places that were heavily soiled. I placed towels down on those areas and tried to absorb the water and then put a dry towel down on the areas because I didn't want to walk on damp carpet with our shoes on. The rest of the carpet was dry in about 8-10 hours. The carpet looks good and I am pleased with the results.

Carpets come out very clean without the harsh chemicals

No harsh chemicals. I have a Maltese so I don’t have to worry. The guy who cleaned my carpet was extremely nice and explained everything. My carpets look great.

This is the 2nd time I've had Zerorez do my carpets and I'm always happy with the results, however this last time I also had the tile done in my rental. This tile is textured white and originally had white grout but over the years and tennants it was incredibly dirty and the grout in most places was black. We tried EVERYTHING we could think of and nothing worked. Tony worked on it and it looks BRAND NEW!! I'm serious when I say I had low expectations of what would be possible, and I am blown away!

Tony was very professional, courteous and thorough, answered all my questions. I will request him in the future if this is possible.

I get Zerorez to come out once a year and clean my carpets--they are very old beige carpets and they literally look new when the technician gets done! This time we're putting our house up for sale and this is one step I knew we had to do to get ready--the technician was very nice and professional and the house looks awesome!
