representative did a great job. The carpets looked great. Very courteous. Not happy to have been charged extra for my living room. My bedrooms had a lot of furniture to clean around and it wasn't even a whole room to clean. So I think it averages out when you might have a larger room. I've never been charged more in the past with another company and they always included 3 rooms and a hall. I would have had to pay extra for the hall also if you didn't have the special going on.

The two gentlemen who arrived to clean the house ductwork were very professional and nice. They discovered the heat/ac ductwork was too clean to proceed. They explained this and gave me the choice of sanitizing which I accepted. They offered to check the dryer vent and discovered it was fine. They proceeded with sanitizing. This helped me not to spend more for duct cleaning. I will definitely recommend this service. Mrs. Hendry

Your technicians did an excellent job. We had black, tarry footprints all over our carpet from the movers. I really thought they wouldn't come out. You can't even tell where they were - the carpet looks brand new! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The technicians had great personalities too!

I like that you don’t use chemicals to clean. The crew was professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. The supervisor I worked with beforehand helped everything go smoothly the day of service. The two young men (Paul & Marcus) that delivered the area rugs after they were cleaned did an exceptional job. They took care with the furniture & were very careful when placing all the items back on the rugs after they laid them in place.

Zerorez always delivers an outstanding result. I know from personal experience that shampoo based carpet cleaners always leave a residue that attracts dirt making the carpet more susceptible to soiling. Zerorez leaves nothing behind but clean!
