Have used you guys multiple times and have liked the service. The optics of your technician on the most recent service (July 2018) estimated the cost to be nearly twice what was quoted. I knew the quote was likely low and the CS person who scheduled let me know an adjustment was likely after the tech saw the job. The issue I had was that it felt like the tech was commissioned on what he could talk me into. I paid $300 for some sort of stain repellant two years ago and he said the cost was $200 and then after I objected, $100.

My total cost was $700. It took him 1.5 - 2 hours to clean the entire house, about 3,000 square feet of carpeting (my estimate, which may be wrong). At that $700 rate he's working, less materials, at $350/hour. I challenged him and he stumbled a bit. Two hours of work for $700. I get labor cost, trucks, materials (water?), but clearly the up sell for some chemical thrown on my carpet did not justify the price.

Good news is that the work was done, the carpets are cleaned. I did see a stain that he did not get out, so I'll call about that.

I own a real estate management firm and manage about 20,000 homes in Atlanta metro. I understand vendors, costs and sometime the BS that comes along with that. I like your company and I will, and do, refer you. But you should train your field reps not to sound like opportunists pricing for commission.

Zero rez really got the stains out of my carpet. I used the scotch guard guard treatment that made it easy to remove the stains.

Your technicians are terrific people. Always positive and professional. They are a delight to have in my home doing the work and they do a great job.
