My carpet is 28 years old. However, every time zero West cleans it, it looks so much better and years younger. Additionally, your technicians are professional, warm and friendly. Joshua was our technician this time and he was incredibly helpful and covering all of my optionsand making me aware of additional services. Also, Joshua was so respectful of my home end of me. He worked quickly, unobtrusively, and did an exceptional job removing stains from my carpet. Joshua is amazing! Should develop secondary treatment- it the stain was once not visible it should be so again

Easy rug pick up and drop off. It seemed to get the cat urine out of the rug.
