Sufficient service

Well, expect the upsell when the Tech arrives. The first guy was hyped up and moving too fast, a rush job not happy. So my wife called the main office, expressing her disgust especially after paying extra, and a new Tech was dispatched. This guy pre-treated and cleaned like a professional. My wife is happy so I'm good.

The gentleman who came to service our carpets was very professional and did a nice job. The carpets took a while to dry but the cold temperatures did not help. Overall everything turned out pretty good. There are still a lot of spots on my family room carpet but still a big improvement. Thank you Bryce and will definitely use your service again.

The gentlemen who came to clean out our dryer vent were well informed and very patient. He explained everything to me, and even took before and after pictures. They would not leave until they made sure the dryer was working properly. The main worker who came in to talk to me and seemed to be in charge was absolutely great. He even told me at the end that if there was any problem to call Zerorez and they would come back out and see what the problem was. Our dryer is drying again, and I couldn't be more pleased!
