My family received EXCELLENT customer care from Zerorez on yesterday. We really loved that Zerorez confirmed our service date annd time several times before the day of service. The service technician, Dylan, was exceptionally professional. He called us on the day of service with an ETA. He arrived on time even though the weather was extremely cold and snowing outside. He arrived with the smile on his face. The smile and the confidence he showed us gave us an assurance that he was the man for the job. He explained to us in detail the equipment he would use and the path he would take, starting upstairs then ending downstairs. He talked to us about expectations, namely what we could expect and not expect. He explained as in details about the proper temperature to keep the house in and fans needed to facilitate the drying process. He explained all safety measures when walking on the damp floors. Thanks to Dylan, our floors looks AMAZING!!! We Highly recommend ZEROREZ. You exceeded our expectations!!!
