My family and I had a smooth experience with zero rez. My technicians. Mario and Billy were very thorough and did a good job and explained the process for duct cleaning. We appreciated seeing the before and after photos as well.

My only concern was that they had to clean our 2 units. Billy told me that I may want to get my small dog because the door was going to be open throughout the cleaning. My dog is good about staying in the house, so I wasn’t worried. However, when Billy disconnected the vacuum hose to reconnect to do the additional unit, my dog and I were in the room. I had a bag of grout on the floor and the vacuum quickly sucked up the bag. I picked up my dog when I saw that happen, and I literally saved her because she would have been picked up as well. When I picked her up the powerful vacuum stuck to my leg, and I almost lost my balance. This equipment is extremely dangerous and should be handled with extreme caution. My dog could have been killed. I believe this danger should have been clearly communicated and hope this matter will be discussed and safety measures will taken in the future.

Even though this incident took place, I am giving zero Rez a high score because I know what happened was an accident and our ducts were cleaned well. I just hope safety will be more adequately addressed for the safety of future customers.
