I like the communication informing of when the technician will arrive and verification of directions. The technician was friendly, courteous, and assessed the problems he noticed in what exact cleaning the carpet needed. The work was done in a timely manner.

Bryan Hunt is the best tech. He explains what he cleans and for stains what does and does not work. Plus he's very thorough and careful in the house.

My technician was awesome, recommended solutions but not pushy, explained everything and listened to my questions and my feedback. Only been a couple of days so I am hoping that the stains in the carpet of the house I am renting do not wick....fingers crossed.
