CJ was highly professional, attentive and courteous. He took notes as we went room to room viewing the carpet in my home. All work and charges were agreed upon before he started. The carpet came cleaner than I expected, and all pet stains and odors were removed. I've already recommended CJ and Zerorez to a friend!

Great job done on the carpet cleaning. I had 4 rooms, hallway and stairs done. Completed in 1.5 hrs. All stains were removed. My wife was very happy with the job. Carpet dried in about 3.5 hrs. Tech was very courteous.

Josh was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything prior to beginning the process and offered ways to help with future carpet mishaps.
