We have used Zerorez in the past and really like the fact that there are no toxins with the cleaning so it's safe for the family (including pets).
I'd used Zerorez in my previous home and was disappointed with last service and went to another service. Decided to give Zerorez a try again, and the representative delivered! Deparr was excellent and restored some of my faith in the company again. He was personable, professional and educational. The only reason I did not give a 10 is because when I requested the service, I noted an area rug as part of the service. I did not know, nor was called to inform that area rugs are sent out for service. That was the only disappointment was that I could not get this cleaned. As noted though, everything else was great. I will definitely use Zerorez again (only if I can get same rep though!).

My carpets are clean and they dried quickly
Technicians did a good job. A couple things that could improve. Make sure both techs have shoe slip covers when entering the house. James did. The other guy did not. Also could sweep or clean up area around furnace better. Found debris and insulation on the floor. All around did a good job..called ahead and arrived on time.
