OMG - this was the best experience I've ever had. It was just like Taylor from 104.7 The Fish talks about on the radio. I had two older pets and stains on my carpet. Brad was wonderful. All the stains came out. The carpet smells so great and is so fresh and clean. Best of all is that it is sanitized which was so important to me. It looks like when I first bought it.
