Follow up regarding my disappointment with returning stains even after second cleaning sounds like it will solve my problem with delivery of a bottle of your cleaning liquid. Tech did not offer that.

Our techs, Alex and Luiz, were extremely knowledgeable and professional. As a first time customer, I had a lot to learn about the products as well as the process of cleaning out our equipment.
