Our service technician, Darious, was very professional and polite.
We received a call from the company and they told us he would arrive at 10 a.m. on the dot, which he did.
We discussed the work to be done and he made a couple of suggestions and then got right to work.
Also, I like that ZeroRez is designed not to leave residue and contaminants in the carpet.
I have used a number of different carpet cleaning services over the years, but the cleaning by ZeroRez just seems to hold up better and longer than any of the others. I don't have the dirty spots coming back within a month after they've cleaned.
For all the above reasons, we have stayed with ZeroRez since we switched to them 3 years ago.

He did a great job I will be using you again. The carpet looks much better after it drying. I would like to give him a tip also I did ot do that. I had to much going on the day of the cleaning.

The Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient.. He wore shoes covers and used edge protector for my walls. He explained what he had to do and asked if I had questions or concerns. He used a specific procedure to treat certain areas with stains. My house is so clean now.

I really liked the Technician from Zerorez who came to my home and did the cleaning. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. I also like Zerorez product. My carpets always look great when I use Zerorez service.
