We were going to replace the carpets when we thought we were selling the house, so we didn't have them cleaned for over 18 months...light carpet and 3 large dogs is not a good mix. Well, they look and smell AMAZING!!! Even he said he should have taken before and after pictures!

The floor looked very good once it was cleaned. The tech explained additional services he recommended well and explained why he suggested them. When we decided to not do additional services he explained that it could affect the warranty and outcome, but did so in an appropriate manner.

Chemical free solution

Tech was great. Again still waiting to see if stains return. Price on add on was very costly.
