The service technician. Emmanuel was AMAZING. He walked through rooms and areas to clean first, then discussed the cleaning agent, and the process. He inquired about allergies then set to work. I was AMAZED at the great job he did every where! Would DEFINITELY request him again!!

I would certainly recommend Zerorez! They were very promt and professional. The duct team, Daniel and Marco were very honest and quickly informed that I did not need the ducts cleaned. I did purchase the whole house air freshener and filter from them. Then Thomas, the carpet young man was really informative and showed me the work as he was doing the job. I will use then again for sure!
