I like that your services can be customized to fit my exact needs. Our tech also showed me how the equipment worked so that I have 100% faith that my carpets were getting the best clean. I've never seen equipment be able to pull up as much water as this one did. my carpets not only look clean, but they smell fresh and feel as soft as they did when they were brand new. Also, my tech was amazing Very knowledgeable and nice and not pushy. He made sure I was fully informed about everything.
