Customer Service was a joke at Zerorez. I made the initial appointment weeks in advance with a specific time slot to clean my 98 year old mothers home (which is 75 miles from me.) They texted me at 7am two days in a row, two days before the appointment with different appointment times that they would be at my Moms home. I was literally on the phone with them for two days to get the original appointment time.
Zerorez always does a great job, especially with pet stains. The technicians are professional and skilled. It’s very easy to schedule on line.
i like the courteous people who are at Zerorez in all departments that I have dealt with over the years. They are always helpful and professional and knowledgeable about the services you provide and are always willing to help.

We have only used Zerorez in our home - other companies use products that leave a residue which attracts the dirt again and it becomes a vicious cycle. We also like the quick drying process - our carpets were dry within hours of the technician leaving.
