When Zerorez arrived(on time)Ed and Hanley laid out what they hoped to do for us and explained everything as they went about there work.After investigating they determined we actually didn’t need a duct cleaning. I appreciated their honesty and they were not pushy. We did have an air purifier installed for my wife’s allergy and to help with musty smells.
