The Technician was courteous and professional
Service technician was prompt and very professional. Went above and beyond and left no traces of his presence after hr left. He also explained the process thoroughly and offered other services that I believe will be beneficial in the future.
The speed of the carpet drying and the cleanliness of the stairs in my home was great!
That you actually wash the entire rug. Also that you pick up and deliver...on time!
Well this didn't start off very well, the first time my carpets were left dirty. Maybe the tech was just tired that day. However Zerorez sent a tech by the name Darius Jolly out to go over any of my issues and the results were awesome!
I've had a lot of carpets cleaned in my life and Zerorez is the best I've ever seen.
I think the price is on the high side but the gentleman who performed the cleaning made me forget about that price because of the quality of work he did.
Excellent work and kudos to the gentleman (I forgot his name)
Excellent
Efficient and friendly staff. Thank you
Great job. Carpet looks great
Quick and easy to schedule and have someone out
DeShawn was awesome— very friendly, professional, engaging, polite, helpful (and for anyone concerned about COVID, he took every necessary precaution). It was VERY much appreciated!! Apparently my mother’s nose is failing her because it was nasty before the cleaning— 2 cats and a dog, and with plenty of animals past... I’m so happy I didn’t spend two days shampooing and I just called y’all instead!!!! Thank you! Please tell DeShawn thank you, also. Great service! Next time I hope to have hardwoods, but the ducts will be on the list, and I’ll request DeShawn because it’s so nice to find people you trust who do an excellent job.
water only no chemicals
My technician was absolutely amazing! He was on time, courteous, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for more. I will use this service again.
The girl that cleaned my carpets was awesome!! She didn't miss a spot, very tedious, reached under the bed, slid items over, courteous. 1107 Fieldstone Dr.
